Inspect your order upon receipt. Cardinal Cap and Jacket Co. makes every effort to ensure that your order is produced correctly and accurately. However, if merchandise is defective due to flaws in manufacturing or workmanship, merchandise may be returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt for replacement.Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of receipt. If merchandise has inaccurate copy, colors or design that was approved by you prior to production, merchandise cannot be returned for replacement or refund. In this instance, we will gladly rework your design and reproduce your corrected copy at your additional expense.
All returns must be approved by our Sales Department and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
Please note: Any approved refunds will first be applied to outstanding balances, if applicable.
